LEARN-ON-LINE.BIZ USER LICENCE AND TERMS OF BUSINESS AGREEMENT

Please read this document fully.  This USER LICENCE AND TERMS OF BUSINESS AGREEMENT is a legal agreement between Property Industry Research Ltd [Learn-on-Line.biz Division] (A company registered in England, No. 4306267) and you, including, if appropriate, the company you represent, and subsequently referred to in this Agreement as ‘the Client’ , concerning the access and use of this website and the training material provided via it.

BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT"  BELOW, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROPERTY INDUSTRY RESEARCH WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAMME WEBSITE. 

 Whereas
A. Property Industry Research Ltd  is the developer and owner of the intellectual property offered for learning, training and professional development purposes which can be accessed online via the website www.learn-on-line.biz and

B. The Client desires access to the training programmes,  subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

USER LICENCE AND TERMS OF BUSINESS AGREEMENT

Property industry Research Ltd (subsequently referred to in this Agreement as 'the Company) and the Client now agree as follows:

"Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the programmes thereon.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Client may not otherwise copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit or in any way exploit any part of this site. All proprietary rights remain the property of the Company.

This site and all content included on it (such as graphics, logos, icons, text and images) is protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. The Client agrees to comply with all copyright laws worldwide in the use of the site."
